Question: What final files format do you support?
All major formats such as PDF, EPS, JPG, TIF, GIF... etc.
Question: How long will it take to complete the typesetting or DTP work?
It could be within an hour (eg. for a business card), depending on typesetting and layout quantity and how complex the document styles involved.
Question: When do I need to pay for my work?
Business cards and jobs for less than £100 will need to be paid in full on delivery. UK companies are normally offered terms of 30 days subject to prior agreement.
Outside the UK use PayPal secure service. Paying for purchase is free and there's no need to have a PayPal account. See PDF approval of work before making payment.
Question: When completed, how can I read the Chinese typesetting?
All final completed Chinese typesetting and DTP jobs will be converted to outlined EPS files or saved as press-ready PDF file for you to view or print without requiring system and fonts.
