Q: What final files format do you support?
All major formats such as PDF, EPS, JPG, TIF, GIF... etc.

Q: What file format do you require for typesetting/DTP work?
All major text file formats.

Q: When completed, how can I read the Chinese typesetting?
All final completed Chinese typesetting and DTP jobs will be converted to outlined EPS files or saved as press-ready PDF file for you to view or print without requiring system and fonts.

Q: When do I need to pay for my work?
Invoices are issued on or after completion of each job. UK companies are normally offered terms of 30 days. Individuals will need to pay in full on job delivery.

Outside the UK, full payment in advance is required before commencing work. Large jobs may be paid in installments, subject to prior agreement.
